I'll Pm you about some diet advice for the EF competition. I'm trying to get freaky lean, like competition ready.

I used to compete yrs ago came in second in the Grand Masters this was with a bad rotator cuff after that i hung it up.

ok1 but be prepired to be freaked out,I actually had to go thru a road block dressed like this and you could tell the officers were nervous ,had their hands on the tip of their guns at all times,i actually started getting worried too
