heyy man, new to the site. im trying to find some info on dieting for a competition. i've done some powerlifting competitions, hold a few state records, tired of the big bulky look. i haven't had to ever diet for anything but wrestling..and that was a complete different type of stuff im guessing haha. anything you could help me with would be greatly appreciated.

I know most people on here are just playing around. I talk to Omega on the phone all the time and he's completely different than I thought he'd be, in a good way.
