Hey Rach sorry it took me so long to get back to this. Overall is coming along pretty good. Should be working out in about 2 weeks and cant wait. Chika I look like hell.....reallly need to workout bad!
I was training using the same body parts for 5 days a week and then doing heaps of cardio on top, I never gave my body a chance to rest. I thought that by doing more I would get more results so I just kept on pushing and pushing and eventually my body said "no"and I hurt my hip. I am doing the full body workout, was three days but now it is down to 2 days a week with more sets. I am seeing great results. What are you going now?

I did a lot of research on the internet and found a lot of beginners programs but the posted by Tatyana was detailed, and had the reasoning behind it. The exercises were basic and I could carry out the full routine with the resources that I have. "
how where you overtraining? I'm wondering if I am overtraining too. I don't think so, but just curious. Thanks
Thanks Need2, I've started to post and everyone is really friendly. Thanks for your words of motivation, without them I would have sta lurking in the shadows.
I am feeling really positive about what I have learnt so far and I'm getting good results - I got a massage over the weekend and the massause commented on by biceps. A big boost to the ego!
I have a few questions about my workout so I will post them up in due course.
