- I got started lifting my senior year of high school and was instantly hooked. My father was my inspiration as he was a lifter when he was young. He started out similarly to me weight wise, 135lbs but he is only 5'6'' where I am almost 6'. I continued lifting all through undergrad and put on about 10lbs each year all naturally. Creatine and protein were the backbone of my regimen and like many others I used whatever the new supplement of the week was at the time. I have always been a 5-6 day
- Interests
- I am currently enrolled in a Pharm D program to earn my Doctorate of Pharmacy. It takes up so much of my damn time I rarely have time for anything else. Becoming a Doctor is no joke, but I like what I do so it will be worth it in the end.
