The business is going well and looking to possibly blow up here after the new year.
For the HIT i would tear it up. If you deplete too fast then maybe throw in an extra refeed meal on wed night. I'm thinking about doing this myself. I've been doing crossfit workouts after lifting so i'm depleting fast. I've go a journal going over in the Weighlifting forum if you want to check it out.

Hey OB-hope your business is taking off strong. Quick question my ketogenic brother: how do you feel about HIT training on a CKD? Should I save it for just my first depletion workout?
