Do have another question for u though if u don't mind.
My TRT dose is 125mg of test testosterone cypionate a week, Ive been taking .5 of arimidex once per week.
According to blood tests estro is at a good number.
Now with doing 500mg a week, should I increase the dosage, or wait and see how the bloating or signs of high estro happen?

I ended up finding the courage to give myself the shot, now I kinda feel silly for worrying about it.
It's funny actually , so many ppl have said it hurt just having the needle puncture the skin, I found it slid in easily, I was kinda like wow, it's in, here we go, aspirated, went slow, and done.
No blood, no pain.
About 1/2 hr after felt alittle soreness, but even as I write this , it's been a few hrs since, and no more sore then when I got my first couple of shots in the glutes from my doc.
I feel good now that Ive done it, was feeling great that the TRT got me feeling better and now I can focus on getting in better shape with the extra blast.

Got a question that I hate to ask in a general forum area, cause honestly it does make me sound like a total newb! Lol
Anyways I'm on TRT and I'm going to blast for 12 weeks on test testosterone cypionate at 500mg a week.
I have to my injections in the quads, because my doc gives me my TRT shot in the glutes.

I've read so many things discussing location on the quad , front , side, top of thigh .
Its not just a matter of being nervous as this is a first time. I'm the type that wants to get it right.
I realize shot happens, and sometimes we might hit or graze a nerve.

Obviously from reading your steroids 101 u know your .

Where exactly on the thigh do you recommend ?
