i put a bag of frozen in, 1-2 glasses of water, some olive oil, and a can of cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery. instead of the cream of...you can just add w/e es you like. i cook frozen on high for 4hrs or low for 8hrs.
it's going good....started to see a little gains here and there. i'm starting week 7 and i think i'm going to up my diet some, i had cut back so i wouldn't get all bloated and . thanks though
