I give satanism as much credit as any other spiritual/religious group, but this Joy of Satan group is twisted. And I couldn't agree with you more about the approach to magick of the majority of people. They jump into the deep end without even knowing how to doggie paddle, so to speak. And people of many pursuations are guilty of that. Funny thing is, the more you know of magick, the less you need to "do" to make things happen

i think satanism is primarily a joke and magick is not a practice to be taken lightly. the problem is that the majority out there has virtually no spiritual education, and therefore no ground to stand on when they start ing around. as for the organization, ive never heard of it.. i dont pay much attention to the common "agenda."

I'm currently in a vegetarian phase, happened overnight, one day meat just gagged me. It's how it happened last time, ended up lasting 10 years. I can't do vegan, -- I'm gluten intolerant and have absorptoin issues, so it's easy for me to become nutritionally messed up really fast.

I strongly believe in ethical treatment of animals (fully confessed tree hugger, in fact), and don't get me started on wild animals, but not to the point of eliminating pets or trying to feed dogs or cats vegetarian diets.
