- You were right... Martin is pretty much the best, I stopped by today after work and strummed a few, they have by far the fastest and thinnest feeling necks of any acoustics I've looked at. They're just so much nicer (and easier) to play. And the sound is unmatched. FML and the $2,700 Martin I like
