I saw your post on how to terminate a gym membership contract. Can you tell me more about what you meant when you said "[my business law professor] told me that in Canada they can't lock you into a gym membership, if you want out of it you can cancel it"? Is there a way I can read more about gym memberships in Canada? Any legal code/legal source? I'm at eXtreme fitness, and I think I signed up for way more personal trainer sessions than I need. Is it within your expertise to judge if I can get out of the contract I signed for personal trainer sessions?
