well bro Im not sure, for most of this year I was lifting heavy more like a PLer but the last month Iv switched it up to the high reps, and it sucks the weight Im using, lol but I wana get a bit bigger now. I only turned 15 a few months back so who knows which side I will take in the future...

Been training seriously for the past 3 years now but I started roughly 5 years ago. I've always worked out with more of a powerlifter lifter mentality using BB type routines. Recently I've made the leap into the BB world and concentrated on reps rather than weight. I can't shake that urge to lift heavy ass weight though... I really have to stop watching my Ronnie Colman DVD's haha. How about you? What are you going for, BB or PL?
Thanks for the K bro. I don't think I'll be hitting it that hard again though. The most I got was 450 lbs for one very hard assed rep LOL. At the time I was watch Kevin Levrone's workout DVD and really wanted to do that rediculously heavy chest workout of his. Couldn't get to 5 plates like he used to but I got close haha.
