Oh, when it comes to fluoride I'm utterly serious. When something gets banned, rejected or stopped by 11 countries including Japan, China and Sweden it should make you think (same thing goes for GMO foods). Urban myth and hype aside, there is absolutely no evidence that drinking fluoride is beneficial to your teeth but plenty of evidence that drinking it may harm your bones. Additionally, it bonds to crystalline structures, which means it attaches to the pineal gland in the brain (which has crystals).
Hard truth, if fertilizer companies couldn't
sell fluoride to communities for water treatment they'd have to
pay to dispose of it as a toxic waste. For the health of teeth,
Topical application is fine. Actually, for tooth health all you need to do is brush your teeth and have them professionally cleaned every six months. I haven't used fluoride in nearly 10 years, I've only had two cavities, both in the same place, both due to night time dry mouth
