Hi Kian, I haven't been on this site for a few years but saw the nice note (and karma) you sent me in 2006. I just wanted to say thanks! Since I posted a number of things, I have changed my opinion on a few points and also have updated some opinions since I have taken additional course work in anatomy/physiology, human biochemistry (required organic chemistry first), exercise science/physiology, etc. at the college level to augment what I already know (I do have a bachelor of science degree as well). So when I look back at some of my posts, the information is a bit dated on some points but most of the important points still hold. Anyway, I am doing fine but am working on a career change.
