- I used to lift consistently in college and was around 185lbs at 8%bf. About a year ago, I had a bad injury to my back that caused me to get surgery. Over the time I was dealing with my injury, I shrunk down to about 155lbs. The surgery was a complete success, but I had to wait a long time to be active again.
