yeah in hate them. my bike just got stolen too which was what I used for cardio, I hate running I get shin splints after 5 min and next day my knees and ankles are so sore it makes it hard to walk
nahh bro cold beef is nasty so is cold eggs at school, Im en endo too so chugging loads of milk and PB&J is being avoided atm, My abs are starting to show through I wana get to about 12% BF then ill start eating whole pizzas before bed and drinking 4 pints of milk a day and all that sorta stuff. Good thing is Im getting stronger and leaner at the same time!
last i weighed i was 274 but i may have been up to 277 i dont know. change it up man dont eat yourself sick on one thing. take beef or eggs once in a while. try cooking them with sauces. or just chug some milk and eat a pbj on whole grain bread.

my heart was inlarged and showing other signs of stress. this could kill in a variety of ways. the reasons are the entire extremely unhealthy lifestyle. obvously the extra 100lbs of bw my organs wherent built to suit and the constant hardship on my body with all the training and eating are the main contributors. my heart is still shrinking back toward normal which is a verry good sign for full recovery.

nope. just messing with you. i am done competetive bb'ing. im not really cutting. i am purposely losing mass and dropping the gear perma. im trying to regain my health which has gone into serous risk.
