Hey bro, yeah a big difference. Your last meal should be slow digesting ie slow release. Whey protein on its own is digested fast, so in the early hours your body has no protein (negative nitrogen) and goes catabolic (muscle loss). Egg whites are slow digesting. Adding peanut butter makes any food digest even slower (due to the good fat). Ideal meal beore bed - 25g whey, 6 egg whites, tbsp peanut buter.

I also like to add 20 g flax powder to the shake (optional) - as it contains omega fat and fibre - the fibre keeps you regular and keeps the food moving thru the bowels effeciently. hope this helps

Hey bro does eating eggs at night make a difference? At night I usually have chicken, cottage cheese, peanut butter, or a protein shake. And what do you put in your flapjacks?
