    Training is great right now. I busted ass for some photos in August and took a break for a few weeks. Now I"m back in the groove and training hard. I have crossfit certification coming up in January. Nothing else can make you feel so weak! How are things for you?

    iggy - workouts are ok. I'm on calorie deficit so I can't lift heavy but I'm going for intensity. I'm on the Cyclical Ketosis Diet so mid week is tough for me. My main workouts are on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Trying to load them around my carb load up. Not that I need to gain any more muscle anywho! Geez.

    still have this ear infection so i'm doing omega's workout but with no stims.
    i could shed some more bf%. i'm trying to get rid of all my visceral fat and cut up for the summer.

    probably need to increase my water intake.

    and going crazy in the gym is always good

    Everything is going great. Just posted progress in my journal. Dieting sucks but I'm hanging in there. Just a little sluggish with my training.
