    Lol thats the problem with people my age. I really wanted to DL 315 by my 15th bday but its coming up in like 4 weeks and Iv just had to drop deads 50lbs back cuz my form has gotten so . Im at like 180lbs x 8 now pretty easy but just keeping the form nailed... doesnt look like Im gonna make it. I wana DL 405 before Im 16 too...

    You got jumped again?! iggy just go out one night sober and wait for them to come then take bear with you and kick them in the in head and take their wallets and lol

    i got a bad story from last night.

    i got jumped again and they took my wallet, all my cards, and my phone again....

    we all killed a bottle and went to this party. ended up in straight hoodville.

    shows you gotta take everything in moderation in life.

    healthy fats are, yes.
    but peanut butter is extra cals you don't need while cutting.
    your an endo, and it will only slow you down
    unless your bulking.

    olive oil, fats from fish, eggs, and even red meat are acceptable.

    I thought the healthy fats in ANPB were good for you and actually encouraged fat loss?

    30mins in the am and 30mins in the pm biking 4 days a week is my cardio...

    iam an endo for life and i have to eat extremely strict to cut down.
    im talking no cheats at all. even if i drink two beers it shows.
