    I did 225x4 a while back and then stopped heavy squatting for a month just went bk this week got 200lbsx5 pretty easy but then i cramped up and had to stop, that was after 3 other sets of 110lbsx30, 155x20 and 176x12, I was goin for 200x10 but cramped up in my feet, was pretty easy though. Oh and they were with just 60-90 secs between sets

    we had a squatoff back in high school. how many times you could rep 225. i did 18 reps when i was 17.

    I dont clean anymore bro I stopped a few weeks ago. Right now Im doing this:
    Workout A:
    Squats 3x5 (wide powerlifter stance)
    Flat BB 3x5
    CGBP 2x8
    Deadlift 1x5
    RDL 2x8
    Wide Assisted Chins 3x10

    Workout B
    Squats 1x20, 1x15, 1x12, 1x10 (narrower stance feet pointing more forwards)
    Leg Extension 1x20, 1x15, 1x12, 1x10
    Standing BB Shoulder press 3x5
    Delt Triad Circuit 3x12-15
    Pendlay Row 3x5
    Seated Cable Row 2x10
    BB Half Curl 3x12

    Iv been doing my squats on workout B more like 1x30-40 1x20, 1x15, 1x8 though, I really like high rep squats right now.

    Im also thinking of swapping the curls for weighted underhand chins 3x3-5...

    back when i was in high school when i cleaned 3 days a week, squatted 3 days a week, benched 3 days ago they were huge. not so much anymore, but im trying to cut down weight via the omega method now.
    you definately had me beat at 14.

    Allright bro Ill look out for it, no I wont be at arnold classic btw. Iv always thought arnold was a got though... lol

    And yeah I just need to work on lats, legs and BF, then Ill be quite happy... Oh and bigger forearms .. how big are yours?

    and your not chubby bro.
    just make sure your diet is on the right track.
    your body looks great, but strive for PERFECTION.
    it's just what arnold did, and look at how successful he was.

    also, try to buy Pumping Iron.
    it's a documentary about bodybuilding from the 70s. All the big pros are in it. Arnold is hilarious also, by far his best movie.
