    Yeah bro Im trying to do more stretching lately, Im doing shoulder dislocators, lat stretching between sets, and leg stretches between squats.

    I really need to work on quad flexibility because I cant get my feet very far behind me when Im benching so my hip drive isnt really all that good...

    Lol Iv been getting shouted at by people at the gym for benching with an arched back lately

    Yeah squats I hate and have been coming forward and can feel the weight more on the balls of my feet lately rather than toes, gotta sort that out...
