Yes I remember the A-Team!! I remember watchin it sometimes in my younger days! lol There was an episode on the other night and my dad and I watched a little of it, and cracked up. The family guy episode they do based on the show was great! llol
haha sup man, for the pushups i was saying they are good to do after doing the heavy chest exercises, They arent worthless. It would be like doing lunges after heavy squats.
