gear but would like to. i train alone but very intense and disciplined. i have been working out seriously for 5-6 years. my diet is very clean at 3900-4300 cal daily. my past ph experience is two s+h Anadrol 50 - oxymetholone - cycles two years apart. i would rather do oral because i dont have any outside support(family guy that i am)and im a bit nervous. its time for thje jump. i am 33 5'9 177 pretty muscular. i want another challenge. thanks for any input or direction,and i am serious.
