    about 120 lbs.
    started at 380 lbs with over 45% bf.
    Currently sitting around 260 - 262 with 22 - 24% bf.

    oh, well i always got told to let it rest on the floor then pull as its a dead weight.

    fish oil, mutli's and lots of food for me when Im bulking again Ill add a weight gainer though...

    how much weight you lost total then bro? last time i heard it was over 100lbs wasnt it?

    Yea? Wasn't sure if it matters doing it each way. I do pause when I have it at the bottom, I'll see how it differs doing it the other way though.
    Yea, Fish oil and multi's are all you really need, can just slowly add more things as you feel you need them.

    yeah, well I dropped all my supps except fish oil and vitamins. Bro a deadlift is a deadlift because its a dead weight at the beginning of each rep...

    I bring the bar down so it's just about to touch the ground but not actually touch. I like this better as I'm able to hold my form better and I like the constant stress.
    It's hard to say how much the CLA / GTE is actually helping but I take it constantly now. I'm still burning fat so I like to think its helping. Even if it's not helping with fat loss the GTE has loads of health benefits.

    315 for 6 reps, sick. When you say not deloading onto the ground what do yuou mean? How did u find the CLA and GTE? Did they work at all?

    Cuttings going good man, I'll get another bf done in about a month but Im definitly seeing more definition in the mirror.
    Strength has been sky rocketing too.. when I deadlifted last I did 315 for 6 reps on my last set (Without deloading by touching the ground and without straps)
    Big improvement especially considering im on a low carb calorie defecit diet.
