I'm like 12 weeks out from my tricep repair surgery. So for the first time in many years i have some downtime from BB'ing. I'm still getting in there like twice a week doing a few leg exercises and abs.....but enjoying eating junk right now..lol. But, Sept 1st i'll be ready to crank it up again. Obviously not as in shape as my pics, but it will come back quickly. At least my dr kept me comfortable with some decent pain meds, but ya have to be careful with that . I'm also a registered nurse anesthetist.

Hi Gautho just getting things back on track since being off getting my boobs done and now I am moving this weekend. I let loose on my diet for a few weeks for my Birthday etc but pulled it back in and plan to hit everything hard again September like to do some photo shots in the fall so got to be in shape.
