Good deal, ya I'm eating clean, but not so strict, cheat meals twice a week. Gettin reday for my spring cut and cycle!!! mmuuahhahaha!

I wasn't too strict on diet this winter...and training heavy trying to gain some weight. Taking off until 3/1 and then going back to strict diet and high reps/lots of cardio training for summer....my bread and butter

hey ez_e where've you been? Not a good year for Rangers or Canadiens. Habs pla an amazing game last night and although in 6th place now the teams behind them have games in hand. 6th-10th spot is a toss up. Even if they do make it they won't get passed the first round. Still lots of good hockey going on.
Bet some games in the bookie forum to keep your interest up.

Hey EZ!! Been hangin in there for last days up till show. Just posted post for my 2 weeks out shot. I start dieretics on Thanksgiving then hit the show on the 5th of December. Wish me luck!!
