Probably best to stick with the linear approach at first. Not to say your a beginner, but smolov is definitely for intermediates and above. Did you check the volume involved? Haha
my squat sucks... any point of me trying it sometime in 2011? or would it do no better than basic linear progression with a deload week thrown in every so often (something i have never really done in the past and i am thinking this is why i get injured) ?
