lol, will do, i keep forgetting. as for training, haven't been to the gym consistently in a while but that mostly due to all the traveling those last couple months. Lost some weight because of lack of consistent meal plan/hectic schedule.

still here! i've been pretty much partying and going out quite a bit. just woke up and it 2:18PM.lol

gosh, havent checked that in a while. been so busy with work, thats pretty much the only email(work) i use anymore.

nah no new shoot - that was from the April batch - i have around a thousand images from that shoot. It's not finished or photo shopped or anything, but I like it.

Whatever the reason is I dont really care too much to put any effort into it. I was only in it to give Weakmo infractions.

thanks for the comment mang. did 4 weeks of epi and it blew me up a dry 13 lbs.
