hey doctor. im 17 nw and i just completed a cycle of test eth 500mgs/wk. i have puffy nipples and i can feel small lumps under them bt im nt really sure if it's gynecomastia cos it doesnt hurt when i touch em and im also at 10%bf. so cound it possibly be just fat cos i do experience occasional itching at the nipples....help much appreciated
