- I am 35 years old. I am a single father with two kids. I have been lifting of and on for 15 years. My father has placed in two differant local bodybuiding contest back in the 80's, so I grew up in a fitness lifestyle. I have good genetics, but I have hit a plateu. I know how to break this plateu, but it takes alot on consistancy. Now I just eat well and train hard. I am a full time student right now and a busy father. I have custody of both my boys.
