- Trying to get back in the game. Tore my Bicep and Distal tendon in both arms years ago..Doctor said it was from using gear. In the past ten years, got fat..you would have never guessed I was ever a bodybuilder. Woke up one dy and was like "Holy Shit...i'm a fat guy" and am doing something about it.
Lost over 40 lbs of FAT in the last few months, workout 6 days a week, eat clean...I'm coming back! Looking to be better at 45 then I was at 25..I want to be the next Frank Zane..over 40! - Location
