- i have been weightlifting for 6 years. i played community football for 8 years i have a big fat droopy belly but a reasonably tight upper body i want my body to look like bob sapp's i cant always weigh my self because most scales only go to 350lbs it sucks.
i am in the process of a major diet change. i have noticed good fat loss lately and hope to shed up to 50-60 lbs. 320lbs is my ideal weight. - Location
