Alright. Thank you for the info.

I was actually on an adrenal support supplement for about a year, called Adrenal Stress End. I eventually didn't need it anymore (I started getting side effects from taking it so I cut it back until I couldn't even manage one dose once a week, then I cut it out). I wouldn't recommend taking it until AFTER you get off the stims, though.

Have you heard of the supplement reset Ad??? Supports and recharges the adrenal glands.

Less is more, is the better mentality. Instead of adding stuff, start scaling BACK the stimulants, a little at a time, until you're not on them anymore. Don't cut them out all at once, that could really be ugly. Cut back every four days or so.
To give you an example, assuming you're taking 6 pills a day of something at the rate of 2 pills, three times a day. Start by taking out one evening pill, then four days later cut out one noon pill, then cut back the morning dose, rinse and repeat.

WOAH! I better start making changers then. What supps and foods should I take to help my condition?

Coffee, stims and cigarettes were my demons, too (the whole teenage girl fat obsession thing). I spent most of high school on whatever I could lay my hands on, from OTC Dexadrine to Black Beauties. In my 20s it was Jolt Cola and Diet Pep before they took out the ephedrine. And then in my early 30s everything went to hell, virtually overnight, weight went out of control, skin went to , developed killer insomnia, constant exhaustion, body aches, became allergic to EVERYTHING chemical. It's taken me 10+ years to get my system back to some degree of normalcy.
You'll burn out your adrenals if you don't start being kinder to your body and start relying on healthy nutrition and actually being rested to feel functional. When your adrenals go haywire, weird health problems start cropping up.

I'm not a coffe drinker so much. I like stims and a lot of it. What I can tolerate is ungodly. What you wrote has me reconsidering if I should really get off. Stims is like a drug. I hate to find out I ed myself up.
