bro no offense, but i've done every form of martial arts you can think of....nothing compares to mma training...you do grappling, takedowns, striking, wrestling, jujitsu, everything....you train to hurtand break not as asthetic as taekwando but def. more - much more dangerous
taekwondo bro. But I look like hulk next to other guys. Consider that heaviest weight class is 84+ kg which is about 185 pounds lol.
But it is great to train for flexibility and conditioning. You are healthy and dont get injured..
lol I heard it but it doesnt affect bro. Plus cardio is like a piece of Cake next to our trainings. I believe dosaging and purity of the drug makes the difference , too
I am preparing for national team in my sport. I do conditioning work a lot. I saw no negative affects but I didnt go over 200mg/week real parabolan yet. But I just woke up and it is 8 pm here lol. sleeping patterns change badly..
