yep, lipostim3 has had the initial formula change, seems it was tooo strong for most users, i loved it.. the current product.. yes it works.. if your diet is sloppy, you will not gain weight, if you are doing any activity you will be extra warm.. Here in Minnesota taking 2 lipoflame will keep my wife warm most of the day, no more need to wear sweaters and coats even inside, and thank goodness she's not a popsicle when she comes to bed.. speeds foreplay along..
