Hi i was wondering you could help me. i'm 5'7 205lbs and i can bench press 280lbs max. i can work out with 120lbs dumb bells for flat bench and i want to do like a 4 to 6 week cycle to get down to around 185 or so. i have looked at winn 50 or anavar but i dont know much about it i've read so much different things like i need clomid after the cycle. please help me i want to get this fat off me.
