One thing I gotta share with ya, is when you get over stressed you tend to think too much, I do too, much worse than you. I'm glad you are so athletic cause it helps you focus more and rely on your instincts rather than the rather, very limited intellect. Junk, in times of crisis. Absolute junk. Thanx West.

Yeah, I used to run anywhere from 25 to 40 miles a week when I was well, younger, I had a surgery to unclog my left peroneal nerve, and this is common with long distance runners. Well, it never healed right. I think it was due to poor rehabbing. I can no longer run over a distance of 3 miles without my left foot going numb. So, one thing I must pass on, is with the ankle, follow his instructions to a tea.
The thing I always admired about English, is their sense of social tact, distance, and a sort of aloof social demeanor. I mean, it's not so American, where we have to know everything about you and that sort of thing. I respect that. It gives one distance from their own point of view. Anyway, yeah, as far as normal goes, no... nor should that kinda behavior ever, ever, ever, be standardized. I remember, you had a comment on with me about having children, and this was approximately 10 months ago, maybe less, however, I am still staunch on my stance to not have children, I think though, having children is the most beautiful way though to promote a life fuller and in touch with what it means to be human.
You probably fogot, I don't forget convo, onllne or offline..LOL... Here is the link: Life in the UK today - The role and citizen impact of Public Service Broadcasting

yeah thats my problem, i have sprained that ankle 4 or 5 times, and it sprains so easily now, and takes that much longer to heal. im going to be arthritic by the time im 30 lol. it, at leat when im a cripple at least i can say i had fun getting there!
i think, its one of those, where, yeah, by all means rest it as much as is necessary, but dont rest it more than you need to. get up and back at it as soon as you can kind of thing. "tell" your body that it needs to start healing, like now!!!
i think i may have been a bit over the top with my e-analysis of his character. yeah, he is a little "different" (weird) but show me who is normal? yeah, he posts some weird stuff, at times, i might go as far as to say creepy, but i think he is one who just wants acceptance, and when he realises he has it, becomes himself and is probably a very nice guy.
and yes, i know what you mean by that. i havent read any studies on it (if they are online, link me it) but i hear it talked about a lot. england is losing its identity as a nation. the english are a good, proud, slightly eccentric people, but its all going. our country (as can be said for many these days) are more bothered about getting as many people into the country and paing taxes, than looking after their own.
now i am defintely not a racist, but i would run a country as i would my family-look after your own first and foremost. this sounds really bad, but there is so many eastern europeans here its getting ridiculous. i know they come here as they can not affors to support themselves in their own country, which i can respect, but something nees to be done to help these people in their couontry, not ours. this country is nearly at bursting point, potion is soaring, services are streched beyond what they should have to deal with, something has to give.
to be english, a little while ago, was something you could be proud of. there is nowhere else in the world i would rather have been born. but no, being english is most definitely not what it used to be.

You would have to move to America, I think to get a better opportunity to fight for money, or Thailand.
Yeah, least you know your money is on your athleticism... Ankle's heal funny, I have deeply sprained mine time and time over again, and it did cost me in athletics, mobility and speed wise, I think though, a stronger frame and bone structure, such as yours should heal just fine.
Yeah, I actually have spoken to your k message person. He's just him. I get ya though.. loud and clear.
Last thing I read though bout your neck of the woods was a study on identity and how its not quite the same as being English as it once was, ya know?

hello mate, yeah its been a while.
i have been up to a fair bit, actually. changed sports, i realised (well, have been realising it for a while but just didnt want to accept it lol) that i was never going to achieve my dream of getting paid to fight, so i knocked it on the head, rather than waste my life chasing something that wasnt going to happen.
i started playing rugby, my old game from back in high school, started geting back into it, but then managed to break my fibula clean in two, badly sprain my ankle, tearing a few ligaments playing rugby in early december.
i had a bit of a bad patch for a few months after that, stopped going on ef, didnt really see the point in anything for a while. now im out of plaster and its healing a lot better than i, and my consultant thought it would, things are starting to look up again.
i was really worried for a while, when i first did it, the doctors were talking about stuff like "your ankle is so badly sprained, and from previous damage to it, this time the damage is likely to be permanent" saying i might have trouble walking properly again and serious like that.
so yeah, i was gutted for a while, but as i said, its healing really well all things considered. things are pretty good.
