- I'm starting out as a newb, I'll just get that out now. I started Body Building about 6 months ago and already I've been seeing a drastic change in tone, strength, weight loss and energy. AND I'M ADDICTED AND LOVING IT! I trained in MMA for over four years now and have been looking for a new avenue for fitness and health. I'm a Father of two and Married so you can udnerstand that at this point in my career, settling down in MMA isn't a bad thing. Thus, Body Building.
