    hola man buenos dias, fijate que esoy nuevo e esto, llevo como 2 semanas en el gym y mi instructor me recomento que hiciera un ciclo de sostenon y decaburolin por unas semanas uno el lunes y el otro el miercoles para tener crecimiento, tengo 30 años mido 1.83 y peso 173 libras, que me recomiendas hacer, porque ola verdad quiero marcar rapido, mi tiempo es delgado
