High hematocrit levels??

Anyone else having problems with high hematocrit levels since starting trt and if so what have you done that has helped lower them?

Its not uncommon to have elevated RBC when on TRT, just donate whole blood as often as you can.

I plan on doing that next week......I would have already went but I am currently recovering from a detached retina thanks for the advice

Yes, it is advised to donate blood on a regular basis to bring those levels into range. Hematocrit and RBC will generally rise over time with cycling and TRT

You may lose some circulating test thats in your blood, but the effects will be negligible at best.

Donated blood today...
They commented on a high level of iron in my blood and how slow it flowed.
I was to get my hematocrit level checked next week but i am thinking about waiting another week or so to see if drinking the grapefruit juice everyday helps.

Hematocrit level dropped from 56.1 to 53......so I guess I am now a regular blood donor
