anyone please give me advice. I'm 53 and on HRT for life w/ 150mg of TEST creme and 1 iu of human growth hormone - somatropin - daily. Also just started a 10 week cycle of Primobolan (my 1st cycle ever - just looking to harden up and gain some mass). Started getting early signs of gynecomastia...swollen breasts (no hardness),nipples sore. My estradiol-ultra sensitive---31 on a 10-50 pg/ml. Estrone Sulfate is 1074 pg/ml on a 230-2200 pg/ml . I asked my doctor for an aromatase inhibitor but he said he's not too familiar w/ using them. Should I use AIFM or a product from AG-Guys like Liquidex ? How long do I use the product ? (as long as my Primobolan - methenolone - cycle ?) or until symstoms go away. Also my TOTAL Test was 1103 on (260-1000ng/dl) and my Free Test % was 1.3% on (1.0-2.7%) and my Free Test 139 0n a (50.0-210.0pg/ml) THANKS FOR ANY HELP

Order some aromasin from Ag-guys. Do it 12.5 to 20 mg per day and just stay on it. AIFM would not hurt, but from my personal experience the aromasin will dry you out and get the nipples in check.

Aromasin or AIFM are both good choices

both will increase free test and lower estradiol significantly (they suppress estrone to a lesser extent- which is generally a good thing)

How much Primobolan - methenolone - are you running?

Try the liquidex. If the gynecomastia doesn't go away, then move to Femera - letrozole - . Aromasin is crap for getting rid of gynecomastia. I don't know anyone who that has ever worked for, for that purpose.

Mack, now I'm really confused !! I just ordered aromasin from AG-guys and I'm being told that i really should be ordering liquidex (arimidex). What do you think.....should I try to cancel that order....or just order some liquidex

I can only go by what I know...and I have an MMA client who Aromasin did nothing for, then when he tried Arimidex, it got rid of the gynecomastia...

Although it slips my mind right now (specifics), I remember this to be the case with several people I've worked with.

aromasin is quite effective at preventing and reversing gynecomastia. Have used it personally to do so.

arimidex is quite weak and has the lowest success rate with preventing and reversing gynecomastia.
