Probably Floyd Mayweather first due to his quality of opposition, dominance in defeating them, and his ability to fight effectively at so many different weights.

Second I would place Manny Pacquiao due to his quality of opposition and utter dominance of them.

Third I would place a toss up between Calzaghe and Bernard Hopkins. Hopkins has been a bit too inactive though. I guess we'll find the real #3 in April.

Fourth I would place Miguel Cotto for quality of opposition and unrealized potential.
