tricep tendon repair

6 weeks ago I had tricep tendon repair due to a car accident and glass cutting the tendons from my tricep to my elbow. I can now move with a range of motion a little over 90 degrees. Seeing as how my life revolves around weight training this is a bit aggrevating. Has anyone experienced this or have any good advice? Thanks!
