Site gurus and pros, an Ohio guy needs some advice!!

I took dynabol about 7 years ago and lost my connect mid cycle. As a result I got really bad gynecomastia. It seems to be getting worse now. I live in Ohio now, and I'm trying to get it taken care of through insurance. I've read that if i say my nipples cause me pain, insurance will pay. Is that true? Does anyone know of any surgeon in Ohio, west Pennsylvania or northern Kentucky that could help me with this? Your thoughts and views would be greatly appreciated. Thanks folks!
