Gyno or not? pics inside..

can you tell if its gynecomastia or chest fat, ive been hitting the gym for about 5 months right now.
doing bench and cardio excercises. i was 170lbs when i started the gym. but now im just 140 lbs. but it seems i still have puffy nipples.

help guys..

side view? it looks like it. do you have small lumps too? I couldnt really tell, but it looks like you did.

is it really gynecomastia?, its really dissapointing if it is. but i hope its fat..

do you have any hard small lumps underneath your nipple? push your entire nipple area in and see if you feel any lumps. ill know better from a side view.

uhm, i dont feel any hard lumps underneath my nipples.
im 18 yrs old.

You just have puffy nips, most likely still from being in puberty. I would expect them to get back to normal eventually .Exercise alone will not cure it, but most likely it will fix itself in time
