Gyno and bulking

I am bulking at the moment. I have definitly gained some fat. My question is I notice my nipples look more puffy which makes me gynecomastia paranoid. Can just everyday fat gain, make your nipples get that puffy look and stuff? | |

im on aromasin and got my estro levels checked. they came back at 22pg/ml the normal rane for men is 20-50pg/ml. So i thought i would be in the clear as far as gynecomastia but just noticed my chest looks more puffy, but also have gained some fat | |
