Gyno 1 year after last cycle?

My last cycle was over a year ago yet I recently notices a soar lump under my nipple. Can gynecomastia appear a year later? What should I use to treat it?

yes. there are lots of even mild hormonal distrubances that over time can cause gynecomastia expression and growth

aromatase inhibitor
aromasin, AIFM or letrozole

when you say "under" nipple..do you mean "behind"?

I am conteplating surgery, I don't have any "lump" "behind" my nipple, but UNDER left nipple is a little more saggy than right. DOesn't hurt at all and could be just fat but bothers me enough to consider surgery

letro @ 1.25md ED could be helpfull

I've always heard that letro @ 1.25mg and nolva @ 20mg ED can take care of it. I'm running it right now, but only 3 days in. Hopefully, in a few weeks I'll be able to share some good results.

i would have some bloodwork done.. check your out.. figure out why it would randomly come up..
