gear after gyno surgery,

the doc said he is going to remove about 85% of gland and remove the fat the came with it,and decrease size Aeriola , more than that he said it would not look right.
anyone done similar procedure for gynecomastia, and did it come back after gear usage and did u use aromatase inhibitor,s? any one please chime in.

yes it can come back. U should still use anti E's you will prolly be little less sensitive though. but once you start to get a lump again there it will be.

i never got lumps at the first place just breast tissue growth , like the glands have expanded or something nothing hard under there

Even after sugery if you continue to run anabolic steroids it's possible to get gynecomastia again.
