    I want to hit the 5x5 routine for a good month or 2 I think first. break some PR's then as I finish unload and gaer up for 3 weeks of intensity jump on...I'm still hip deep in madcows website..

    There is a shi@#$ ton of information there.

    I'm doing omega ATM, but my problem with the powerlifting/strength type routine is I seemed to gain strength but not much size.

    No one believes me for e.g., that I can bench 120kgx5 (264lbs - not suggesting that a huge number, but decent for 70kg and having trained for about a year) until they see it, and even aesthetically, my chest is comparatively a good muscle for me. Another e.g., is doing 5 rep pull-ups with about 40% of my bodyweight weighted, but yet having a completely non-existent looking back.

    I will probably in 6 months try the whole strength type bodybuilding a go without doing much cardio - not by any means dismissing it.

    I got a new pr on monsterdrol today
    I just benched 415 lbs unassisted.

    That's why I am reading up now. I am gaining in weight but reallistically not nearly as quickly as I could. My intensity is not lacking its 3 or 4 days of wicked soreness after any of my workouts..However.....I am reading some really cool stuff that...maybe...I need a breather sit back organize and then reattack it all.
