    Des - i think i will do it for two weeks after the omega project. with the swimming, running, and cycling to try and cut down my BF% more during my rest period.

    good luck big_bk.

    Did a million sets on the leg press Sunday and my last set I pressed 450+45lb sled!! Only 4 times - and that was with onebreath screaming at me and me screaming back. Can't wait to get more! Today my glutes are so sore they feel bruised. It hurts to sit.

    I hear you Traz..hope everything is ok.

    what up bros? I had a sick event day yesterday, i picked 370 on farmers (with straps) from a little lower then mid shin which is like a 740 deadlift AND i loaded the 300 and 310 kegs like they were nothing. I was ridiculously strong, feeling good about my comp on sat.

    Oooohhh....I started working legs this week and oh my. I'm recovering from a little surgery so I have to take it easy on the upper body - so no weight on my back. I typically stand to do any exercise and rarely use machines so I hit this gym this past Sunday dreading having to sit. But, I left limping. For this month I am going to be solely doing leg presses (a variety), ham curls, and extensions. I made myself do it again Wednesday even though I was still limping and here I am up at 3am because everytime I move in bed I wake up in pain. My hips are so sore when I roll over I just want to scream ;-) Don't you love it?

    Traz - any thoughts on your DC moves? I'm starting to put mine together.

    N ot sure yet, been having a lot of personal issues lately and therefore have not been really training...been of for two weeks...

    Might have to postpone DC training for a while...
