KFeedz has taught herself how to tip a cup and rest it on her paw just enough for her to drink out of it...You can imagine my suprise when I look over and a. my dog is drinking from a cup and b. my water is almost gone.

Nangiggles, it could just be bad breeding, so don't beat yourself up. Also, IMO dog parks aren't the best place to socialize a dog because you can't really know all the people/dogs there, and they may be influencing your dog to behave even worse. I don't bring my dog to dog parks at all because he is very sensitive to other people's energy, and I try to keep him in that calm relaxed zone, otherwise he can get insufferable and really annoying. I'd just exercise that dog separately- maybe try running with it to drain some of that bad energy out? Anxiety can come from him not knowing his place, try giving him a smaller zone to hang out in maybe, so he doesn't feel like he has to take care of that whole pool area. Do you crate him?
